Villa Silvia is a family-created villa set on a spacious private estate in Kaštelir, near Poreč. Fully enclosed and surrounded by greenery, it offers guests a strong sense of privacy. Generous gardens, comfortable terraces and carefully arranged outdoor spaces flow naturally into one another, emphasizing both the openness of the estate and the connection between the house and its surroundings. Its layered architecture, multiple rooflines and large terraces give the impression of a house that has settled naturally into the landscape around it. Traditional terracotta roof tiles, Istrian stone and warm brown tones give the villa a distinctive character and a sense of elegance, warmth and timelessness. It was not designed to dominate the landscape, but to belong to it.

Our Philosophy

More than a villa, the work of one family

The villa is named after Silvia, the mother at the heart of the family, while the three flowing lines in the logo represent the father who built the house and the two sons who continue that same drection today. Three lines, one rhythm — a symbol of connection, continuity and attention to every detail.
